In 2020, Black Legend Capital acted as a consulting advisor to Sedona Naturals, one of Arizona’s producers, extractors, and distributors of hemp-based products. The company has been a significant player for 30 years in the Nutraceutical industry. In 2015, Sedona Naturals was introduced to CBD and quickly decided to start conducting research on the CBD/Hemp Industry. Black Legend Capital assisted in the financing of extraction equipment needed to scale up the production.
Sedona developed into a top-level hemp processor/extractor, as well as a top CBD producer of crude and distillate oil.
