Black Legend Capital advised Summit Valley Partners on capital structure to complete a four 37,000 SF mixed light greenhouse facilities bringing in $1.1M within the first year.
At the time of the transaction, Summit Valley Partners was strategically located in the San Luis Valley, CO, which is a renowned agricultural valley at an elevation of 7,500 feet.
