Black Legend Capital advised the company on capital structure and business development.
True Focus targeted a vast amount of cannabis consumers including the novice ones, patients, and recreational users. The company collaborated with industry veterans such as R&B star Snoop Dogg and Hollywood actor Paris Chong. The company was sold in 2019.
