Black Legend Capital advised Spinning Wheel Brands on capital structure and business development to drive velocity in consumer and trade marketing, make key new hires, update packaging and branding, and to increase inventory production to fulfil current and growing demand. Black Legend Capital advised the company on two leading investment funds for a convertible debt bridge. At the time of the transaction, the company’s products were selected for a unique and exclusive program with UNFI’s internal brokerage group, UNFI Retail Services, which provided access to each retailer’s category review process.
