In 2014, Black Legend Capital acted as a consulting advisor to Qrunch Foods, a natural food company that specializes in making great-tasting, gluten-free frozen foods. Qrunch Burgers, and all Qrunch Foods products, are free of common allergens, including gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs, wheat, and nuts. At the time of the transaction, the company planned on building top-line sales through new production and aggressive marketing to then position the company for acquisition.
