In 2018, Black Legend Capital acted as a consulting advisor to Drone Guarder, an early-stage security and surveillance company publicly traded in the U.S. and headquartered in London. The company developed a cutting-edge proprietary technology that allows drones to recognize if the target is a human being or another creature, and provides the owner with live notifications and streaming. Black Legend Capital advised Drone Guarder on capital structure and business development.
At the time of the transaction, the company had two products, “Rescue” and “Intruder”. Due to its cost-efficient production, prices of both products were significantly lower than competitive products in the market, allowing Drone Guarder to penetrate the market.
